Breakfast Club

Mrs.Mardania and Miss. Cox run our Breakfast Club.

The club is open termly, Monday to Friday 7.45 a.m. until 8.45 a.m. Breakfast is served until 8:25am.

The children are provided with a snack of toast, cereal and milk or fruit juice. 

Prices are:

     £5.00 per week rate

     £1.25 per day rate

Conditions:

Payments must be made in advance, on the first morning for that week.

 A receipt will be issued for the envelope received.

You are required to pay for every day that your child is booked in, even if they do not attend for any reason (this includes illness).

The club is a non-profit making service and it is essential that all payments are received on time to ensure that we cover the costs of running the club.

Places are limited and if you fall behind on payments by more than 1 week, your child will lose their place and it will be given to the next child on the waiting list.

In order to ensure that our adult to child ratio is correct, any change to the required days must be communicated in writing with at least 7 days’ notice.

You are required to bring your child into club each morning and register their arrival with the member of staff.  (Exceptions can be made for Yr. 5 & 6 children, please speak to the school office in advance.)  Children must not make their own way to club or be dropped at the door.  This will allow us the opportunity to pass on any important messages and receive payment from you. 

 

After School Care

After School Care Service until 5pm, Monday to Friday in term time. 

The children will have the opportunity to participate in a number of organised activities, both indoors and outdoors.  We will have a DVD on a Friday and each evening will finish with a story at 4:45pm in time for closing time of 5pm.

The children will be provided with a snack of Fruit, Yogurt and Fruit Juice.  This is included in the day rate of £2.00

All places must be booked in advance; children can be collected from anytime up until 5pm.  The rate remains at £2.00 irrespective of the duration of stay within the after school care.

The club will be run by Miss Cox & Mrs Kaur

Conditions:

Payments must be made in advance for the week, by each Friday morning prior to the week the care is required.   

All payments must be in a named sealed envelope– envelopes are available to buy at the school office, 10 envelopes for 20 pence.   A receipt will be issued for the envelope received.
